Then check out our programs. Learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in a one-on-one environment under Black Belt Jimmy Long. Jimmy has 31 years of experience in martial arts and is a trainer for amateur and professional fighters.

Due to interest, we are implementing a women’s jiu jitsu program. Most women are interested in our programs for self defense. We want to provide a comfortable environment for them to learn; however, there will be a co-ed class on Saturdays allowing students to put their knowledge to real world scenario.

So whether you are starting your journey or at a fork in the road, we can help you achieve your goals.
